Anderson has 130 tackles and 21.5 sacks in four years but has struggled since an eye-opening rookie season in 2006. He had 12 sacks that year, the most by a Bears rookie and the most by a Chicago player since Richard Dent's 13.5 in 1993, while helping Chicago reach the Super Bowl.

Four-time All-Pro Seattle Seahawks lineman Walter Jones has retired after a 13-year career during which he became a cornerstone of the National Football League team. The 36-year-old Jones, a left tackle, made the announcement in a team news release Thursday. It had been expected for months. Jones hasn't played since November 2008 and has had two knee surgeries in that span.
